Current RSSS Reading Groups:

Quantum Mechanics Reading Group

We began with David Albert's 'Quantum Mechanics and Experience' as an introduction and now concentrate on papers concerning the philosophical foundations of quantum mechanics and quantum mechanical applications to traditional philosophical problems. The group has a particular interest in the relation between quantum mechanics and consciousness. For more information contact Kelvin McQueen.

(Meta)Metaphysics Reading Group

This group started with a particular focus on the notions of grounding and fundamentality in metaphysics. It will cover a variety of foundational metaphysical issues and it functions as a platform for participants to present their own work. For more information contact Tobias Wilsch.

The Mind Reading Group normally meets on Tuesday at 2:00pm in Seminar Room F, Coombs Building. For more information contact David Bourget.

Evolutionary Theory Reading Group
