I came to the ANU in February 2009 after completing a Masters at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. I am working on some recently resurrected debates in metametaphysics with a particular focus on questions about questions (and answers) about the ontology of objects (i.e. metaontology). More specifically, I am asking whether ontological disputes are substantive (and if so in what sense) and I keep trying to understand notions such as really, fundamentally, structurally, grounding, truthmaking, indirect correspondence, and supervenience, to work out if and how they should be incorporated into the science of ontology.A
